Do You Want To Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days?

Growing up I was a slender healthy female for my age. I was very athletic and played softball and volleyball. However, somewhere in the middle I started gaining weight. In college I weighed 115 pounds. After graduating I started working full time and my life became very stressful. I wasn't taking care of my body. I started to struggle with my weight and before I knew it I weighed 180 pounds. Every morning when I woke up, I hated looking at myself in the mirror. I was disgusted at what I saw and had become. But something clicked inside me, and I finally said that this was enough and it was time for a change!
