South Dakota Junior Football
Player registration for the SD Jr. Football 2012 fall season may soon be over. The SD Junior Football Registration Form indicates that there are no refunds on player registrations after June 1st, 2012. Equipment handout is scheduled for Monday, July 16th, 2012 and team practices will begin shortly thereafter. On Saturday, August 18th, 2012, regular season games commence. On Sunday, September 30th, 2012, playoffs begin.
This year games will be played on the new fields at the Sanford Sports Complex for the very first time.
The South Dakota Junior Football program teaches fundamental football skills, encourages teamwork, and instils good sportsmanship in local South Dakota kids in a variety of age classes. High schools and colleges alike have been impressed with the kids that have come through the program.
